Kofi Ti reinterprets the traditional Romanian elderflower lemonade. Using an original recipe that includes a couple of Romanian natural craft products - elderflower syrup and apricot vinegar - along with cinchona bark (quinine tree), cardamom and lavender, we created a an explosion of tastes and flavours. SIROP DE SOC PÂRÂUL FURNICII
The elderflowers handpicked by the villagers from Bunești in the first days of summer are cold brewed for three days by Sorin Neculae at the Pârâul Furnicii studio.
OȚET DE CAISE CERBUL ACRU
Produced at the Slatina Vinegar Factory, with a tradition from 1970, Cerbul Acru premium apricot vinegar is obtained through the slow process of natural fermentation dedicated wood containers.

INGREDIENTS: filtered water, elderflower syrup from Pârâul Furnicii (water, elderflowers, sugar, lemon, acidifier: citric acid), cinchona syrup (water, quinine bark, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), wine and apricot vinegar from Cerbul Acru, lavender, cardamom, carbon dioxide.
Contains natural quinine.
The product is packaged in boxes of 12 bottles. If possible, for logistical reasons, please order a multiple of 12 bottles. It is not a problem if you make a mix between the different types of drinks, as long as the total is kept as a multiple of 12. Thank you!
