Ingredients: black tea, honey, ginger, cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, anise, fennel, pepper, salt.
IInspired from the Indian tradition, our Masala Chai is a strong flavoured yet balanced blend with sweet-spicy touches. The manually-processed spices are heated to enhance their flavour and scent and then coated in honey to keep their aromas fresh until brewing. Due to its mix of ingredients, Masala Chai is a rich source of antioxidants.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Chai with water:: add 250 ml of hot water (95°C) to 15 gr Chai. Infuse for 2.5 minutes and strain.
Chai Latte: heat up 250 ml of milk with a spoonful of Chai (to medium temperature). Stir it until it foams. Strain.
We recommend using unsweetened soy or almond milk.
Add honey to taste.
